A full guide to becoming a game developer
I'm putting together a full guide on how to become a game developer, based on what I learned making Hunter Mouse 2 on my own. It's coming soon to aidinii, my YouTube channel.
aidinii channel coming soonHunt the thunderbolts as Puntsy and stop Reuf across 50+ worlds. Coming soon.
Now he has an army of corrupted critters and a pile of nasty gadgets. You play Puntsy, the one mouse stubborn enough to go after him. Collect the thunderbolts, get stronger, and follow Reuf from world to world until he runs out of places to hide.
There are two trailers so far. The newest one is first.
I model and light every world myself. Here are a few of them.

Lagoon islands, hidden coves and hot air balloons. This is where the game starts.

Hop between balloons and floating platforms high above the clouds.

Crumbling obsidian over a sea of lava. Watch your step.

Glowing ice, crystal tunnels and snowmen in top hats.

A moonlit graveyard, and Reuf is somewhere in it.

Floating pirate ships. Climb aboard and raise the black flag.

A red desert guarded by Reuf's pet, which happens to be a very large spider.

Reuf's neon fortress and the last stretch before you face him.

A rainy neon city where the chase moves up onto the rooftops.

A rail section in space. Fly through rings of light while enemies shoot at you.

A car chase down a neon highway. Smash the gates and keep your foot down.

A pirate dock at sunset, where the smugglers mission chain begins.
These are 12 of the 50+ worlds. You'll have to find the rest in the game.
World Town is your home base, and you build it yourself. Buy plots, place buildings and upgrade them through their tiers. Some buildings open up new parts of the game: the hangar unlocks the helicopter, and the dock starts the smugglers mission chain. So there's always something to spend your coins on.
Captured straight from the current build.
I wrote and produced the whole soundtrack myself. Music shapes how a place feels, so I wanted it to be mine.
Click a track to play it. After that first click, you can hover over any track to hear a preview.

aidinii channel coming soonI'm Ajdin, a developer from Bosnia. I went through a few careers to get here, and each one left something in this game.
As a little boy I wanted to make the games I loved playing. I never really let that go.
I started out producing music professionally as Aydhiny. That's where I learned how much a melody can do for a place, and it's why Hunter Mouse 2 has its own 16-track soundtrack.
Hear the music ↗Then I moved into design and art direction: color, composition, and making things readable at a glance. I still use all of it when I put a world together.
Next came software. I work as a full-stack engineer with C# .NET and React/TypeScript, and that's where I learned to actually finish things and ship them.
Now it all goes into one game. I make Hunter Mouse 2 on my own in Unity, and every part of it uses something I picked up along the way.
Reuf is still out there, and the thunderbolts won't collect themselves.
