This page covers the Plansio website (plansio.agency). Plansio is a studio based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, run by Ajdin Mehmedović, Faruk Čaluk and Hasan Brkić. We collect as little as we can, and this page lists everything we do collect and why.
What we store in your browser
- NEXT_LOCALE, a cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Bosnian. It lasts one year and holds nothing else.
- theme, saved in your browser's local storage when you switch between light and dark mode.
- plansio-consent, saved in local storage once you close the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again.
None of these identify you, and none are used for advertising or tracking.
Contact form
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, message and the details you choose. The form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our Gmail inbox. We use it only to reply to you and to work on your project, and we don't sell or share it.
To stop spam, the server briefly keeps a count of messages per IP address in memory. It isn't written anywhere and resets on its own.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant sends the messages you type to an AI service (currently Pollinations, pollinations.ai) so it can write a reply. We don't keep the conversations on our servers. Please don't type sensitive personal information into the chat; for anything private, email us instead.
Analytics and hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see page views and loading speed in aggregate. They don't use cookies and don't build a profile of you.
Embedded content
Trailers and devlogs are YouTube videos. A video only loads (through youtube-nocookie.com) after you press play, and from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers.
On the Hunter Mouse 2 page, soundtrack previews stream from Game Jolt when you play a track.
Your rights
We follow the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete personal data you've sent us, or object to how we use it. Write to plansio.central@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).
How long we keep data
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your request or project, and for any period the law requires for business records. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
